A "Blank" status

We have the option for: New, In Progress, Complete.

It would be sweet to have a "Blank" status, or an "Internal" status.

This wouldn't have an "action" tied to it (work that would change this status).

This could be used for notes, resources, etc.

I make a lot of cards that have quick links to our docs, drive, etc. per project we have on our plate, and attachments per resource/note.

I have also created a key card, so my co-workers know exactly what the types, colors, tags, and what not mean.

I currently mark them as "Complete", which affects my KPI, since it's not really a task that has been completed.

It's important to me to have a card with resources, notes, attachments, and a key.

Having a dedicated status as "this status will not affect the KPI for this project, because it's an additional piece of information, not a task." would be incredible!!
