Add additional information in title while sending notifications

Sending notifications (via variuos channels) add board name and item ID in the title field.

Also add action type in the title, why the notifiaction is generated: assigned, commented, mentioned and similar actions could be mentioned in the title for better quick view.

For example notification title could be as follows:

[Teamhood] Justinas assigned maps-123 to You

[Teamhood] Edita mentioned You on maps-456

[Teamhood] Vaiva wrote new comment on maps-789

[Teamhood] Zigmas replied to You on maps-258
