Add item to specific row and column from teams bot

The location specification currently allow user to choose the workspace and board. This means that on a multi row board it just gets dumped in the first row. I want to be able to choose the row.

Also, I have four columns: requested, scheduled, in progress, done. Items land in the scheduled column so I need a way of specifying the column as well
