Allow export of custom fields

You can import custom fields but you cannot export custom fields. This means that if I have a spreadsheet that has all of my data, I can import it all into teamhood (which is awesome) but then if I want to export that data back to the original form of the spreadsheet, I lose all of the data in the custom fields
