Allow manual ordering of items if custom group by is used

When grouping the board via "Assignee", we are unable to manually reorder the items in each list, there is no way to drag and and drop them in a specific order, they are just ordered by the "Default" option and not manually like in other views. We would really need some way to manually organise and set the priority order for each task.
