Allow to edit performance metrics and customize them

I don't think everyone needs the "percentile" description, we need simpler cycle time and lead time data, where we see raw data and numbers that can be actionable.

Another valuable thing would be to create cycle and lead time based on labels, people or tags, that would help have a more customizable report and take more educated actions.
