Assign specific days to work on tasks / custom schedule allocation

I love the workload view, but wish you could split a task up by days. For example, I have a task that will take 16 hours, but I can't work on it on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday this week. The task is due Friday. I want to be able to assign that task to be worked on Monday and Friday
