Bundled instead of single notifications when choosing E-Mail as a notification medium

Users should be able to choose between receiving a notification for each modification (which is the current setting) and choosing to receive only one E-Mail per day or per week, that contains a list of notifications. This would help users to stay up to date without being overrun by E-Mails.
