CSV import - skip existing ID's

Hi,

The current CSV import is fairly feature complete, but one thing that's lacking is having the ability (with a checkbox?) to skip importing lines where the unique Teamhood ID is already present in the board.

Currently if i give someone an export, they add information to it and we reimport the CSV, it just creates duplicates of all existing items.

It's possible to circumvent this by clearing out the entire board, but that sounds like a very poor solution since if the CSV get's borked somehow, we suddenly have an empty board.
