Data Base & Customized Form

a column with some group (each group can be add some members, include some information about code, price, and custom information) and a member (in every group) can be drag to a table list ( like form / invoices) and then can be input more information (qty, price, ect, ), the form also can be generate in some phases (like kanban board when we add new group on the right) and can be convert to excel / spreadsheet or direct print will be glad.
