E-Mail Distributor

As you have Outlook integration in Beta running. Is there an option to get a button inside "Workspace settings - Team" to open a new E-Mail including all Team members ? Usecase: To direct Information and Instructions tol full team ? Example: "Please use the Teamhood-Support first before contact internal IT-Department!" ;-)
