Expand all parent-level items

The parent items are not always expanded for every user. This seems to be quite random in terms of which parent items and for which users they are expanded or not. Our aim is to have all Parents always expanded. I feel that an expand-all-parents function is lacking. Rows can be both expanded and collapsed, but items within a row can only be collapsed.
