Export to AI / NotebookLM

Add an “Export to AI / NotebookLM” option that exports a full Board row (items, child items, activity with comments, time logs, and estimates) into structured formats such as PDF, .txt, or Markdown. This would let AI tools (e.g., NotebookLM) easily process Teamhood data for summaries, insights, and better planning, guessing of estimates according to person, time spent etc.

We would use it for Helpdesk items. But also insights from projects would be better.

Make Teamhood AI compatible :)
