Filter by dependencies (board, reports, dashboard)

Allow to filter if item:

• Has all dependencies ready

• Has not ready dependencies

• Has any dependencies

• Does not have any dependencies

It would be helpful to be able to filter the dependencies field in the dashboard by status icons (green check mark, yellow hourglass, red cancel sign). This would make it easier to identify which items are ready and which are still pending, similar to how other columns are currently filterable.
