Forbid schedule item later then schedule is set in row settings

It is possible to schedule a row - that's brilliant!

We use this function to provide team members with guidance on how far into the future individual items in a row may be moved. It would be super nice not to be able to schedule later then the row-schedule. We would prefer if this "lock function" could be enabled via a checkbox in the settings of a row.
