Gantt V4 - more power / better UX

We have planned a major increment for Gantt view.

We will focus on three dimensions here:

1. Add core capabilities: editable duration, split schedule into start/due separate fields, watchers as a field, comments as a field

2. UX - more in place editing

3. Viewing - different modes and zooming capabilities to jump between more data or more calendar on the screen
