Hourly rates

It would be a great improvement to have these types of hourly rates:

• Hourly rate per Task (data only seen and set by owners and workspace admins). This could permit the program to auto calculate the Estimated Budget through the Estimated Hours assigned to the task, and vice versa. If this value is set to "none" or "zero", those fields (Budget and Estimate) should be independent from each other.

• Hourly rates per Team member:

  1) Cost per normal hour (time spent in predefined working hours)

  2) Cost per extra hour (time spent outside predefined working hours)

For this to work a "working hours calendar" per team member is needed. May be this could be imported directly from outlook.
