Hourly rates included in Formula field calculations (based on assigned user)

Ability to include assignee's hourly rate (added in workspace settings) to Formula field calculations. This would allow to calculate estimated cost of a task (estimate x hourly rate) to plan budget and compare it to actual cost (tracked time x hourly rate).
