Intelligent completion order when multiple selection (take into account dependencies)

Say I have a row that has dependencies within it. If I select the whole row and mark all complete, it displays a message that there are unmet dependencies. However, all the dependencies are marked to be complete as well. So what I would have to do is manually go in order and click off all the dependencies, which sort of defeats the purpose of the mark all.

This can happen frequently with template rows, where we store a template in another board and copy it over. I suspect if we set the order of items in the row correctly, it would be possible to avoid the issue, but I haven't tried that yet.
