Introduce the dd-mmm-yyyy date format

We need to move away from numeric month and day formats (dd/mm/yyyy and mm/dd/yyyy) for international companies this is highly confusing. I would suggest introducing dd-mmm-yyyy (01-Jan-2023) format.
