Kanban Board Structure Editing: In-Place (the “+” buttons) or Edit Mode?

We’re looking to improve how you edit and organize your Kanban board structure, and I’d love to hear your thoughts.

  1. Do you find the in-place Kanban board editing (the “+” buttons) useful? If so, how do you use them?

  2. When you need to edit your board structure, do you prefer the in-place method or the Edit Board mode? Why?

  3. Would you rather have in-place editing or a more structured setup process for statuses with an improved Edit Board mode?
