Language/Labels Mods

It'd be great if we could export some kind of a "language file" (e.g. in *.csv or *.xls), then modify each button, label, etc., and then import the custom language file back to our teamhood to change some labeling or even the whole GUI language. That way TH don't have to hire translators to make new languages available and let the users edit the whole GUI labels themselves instead, if necessary. We (as users) will then be able not only to change the whole language but also - for instance - to modify labels, eg. change [Workspace/s] to [Department/s] labels without touching the engine/back-end (if such a nomenclature is closer to the order of our company for instance).
