Marking recently closed item

Minor tweak regarding marking recently closed item.
Just after user closes Kanban item, it gets marked for a while with tiny blue line around it (pic1.jpg).
That marking is really nice feature because it helps easily notice recently closed item among ton of other items. So it is easer and quicker to pick it again if needed and not get lost. But it would be nice to have some additional tweaks:
My suggestions are:

1. Currently tiny blue line appears just for a while, possible just a half second, so sometimes I miss an item. That's why it would be nice if delay of tiny blue line would take at least 2 seconds.
2. Even more tiny blue line could be brighter and more eye-catching.
3. The same feature of marking recently closed item is required in List also.
