New estimation unit - Items

It would be nice to be able estimate in number of Items. So, a way to do estimation is to think of how many small items (subtasks) a big item will likely be broken up into. And if you know the team completes a small Item in 1-3 days, you easily get a rough estimate of a big task by thinking in number of sub tasks.
