New filter "Tracked Time" - to gather last month worked hours

New filter "Tracked Time" - to gather last month worked hours is not another filter!

it's a perfect filter for those who use "Date - rolling range - last month" and want to see how much hours was actually completed on last month instead of getting whole task hours (which might be completed on several months).

This is especially useful for managers who want to get a direct number of worked hours :)

P.S. If there is a one-pager view for 12 months to see hours from same board for a person (assignee) please enlighten me :)
