Own Branding/Customization

It'd be geat if we could:

1. Customize branding (e.g. add own company logo to the top left button that says [My Work] + change that button label to [custom company name]).
2. Change the header which says: "Welcome to Teamhood, [user's name]" to e.g. "[custom company name]".
3. Use our own custom domain instead of [xxxxxx.teamhood.com].
