Pop-up Impact Window : Impact of dates / duration change to global planning

If a user change dates to a specific task, which drives to changes to subsequent activities in the planning due to their dependencies, a pop-up window appears with list of impacts of changes and a confirmation to apply.

This feature can be enabled or disabled on user settings, there could be a setting to open this window only if more than xx tasks are impacted
