Remove auto-adding a commenter as a watcher

Hello, I noticed that when I am the assignee on a task, and I add a comment to it, I am automatically added as a watcher. This seems a bit redundant to me, I didn't know if there was a way to change it so that only commenters who aren't assignees or watchers, get added automatically. Thank you.
