Report: Completed tasks (projects, child projects) this week

I meet with our owners every other week to go over our projects and the progress we’ve made, so I’m wondering if there is a report (or if a report can be developed) that I can generate or create that shows all of the tasks (projects, child projects) completed by week? Thanks!
