time estimation: hours per week

it should be possible to estimate the time of a task as hours per week for each day of the task is planned.

As example: Person A should work for Task A (that represents a project) for the next 4 month with 10 hours in a week. In the workload report he should be scheduled for 10 hours in the week or 2 hours the day for the next 4 months.
