Time tracking reminder

To improve time tracking accuracy, it'd be helpful to have a notification that stays "always on top" of other applications or within the app. This feature would be a constant reminder that time tracking is active, reducing the likelihood of accidentally forgetting to stop the timer and preventing log errors.
