Timezone settings (company account level)

Currently Teamhood stores all date related date as UTC and displays dates based on users locale. Allow users defining their locale to ensure same timezone is shared between team members. Without such configuration option Teamhood can display same data differently for separate users on different timezones, for example timelogs.
