Use item name in Slack plugin

In Slack, pop-up notification windows start with item ID (i.e. "AUGA35 is completed"). This way, you don't know which task exactly it is referring to. If you open Teamhood plugin in Slack, there is a full item name, but it would be useful if pop-up notifications would also show the item name, not ID.
