Weekends and hollidays

If a task of 40h between a Monday and a Friday is moved to, for instance Wednesday, then the 40h are allocated in just 3 days (13h per day) from Wednesday to Friday. What I mean is that, as I seen it and as it is a 5-day task, if I move it to a Wednesday it should end the following Tuesday, not a Sunday, and keep a constant workload for the employee, unless I shrink it to three days on purpose.

Also, I wonder if it is possible to select national holidays (all employees) and other holidays for each employee (summer, other) so that the same happens when a task has to be split to jump from the beginning to the end of his/her holidays. I have spotted another feature request about the working calendar for each employee pointing in the same direction.
