Workload V4

Larger increment on Workload report (workspace version first).

Core scope:

• Allow custom sorting of items as well as rows/boards.

• Indicate parent/child relationship.

• Allow grouping by custom fields.

• Filter to hide "Unassigned" rows.

Bonus scope:

• Group by user and row.

• Show baseline in Workload.
